During convalescence or a period of enforced rest, horses are more likely to suffer from colic or laminitis if they are not given a diet adjusted to their needs.

We have therefore designed a feed that is especially appropriate for horses undergoing a period of recovery and that should also be combined with good quality hay in order to keep their intestinal flora in perfect condition.

Also suitable for retired horses and those with low activity levels. The feed has been developed to be very appetising and highly digestible, as it is made from steamed cereal and pulse flakes, together with high quality heat processed fibre.

We have also decreased the percentage of energy in the feed and increased the fibre and protein content, adding vitamins, amino acids and mineral supplements to aid recovery, encourage regeneration of injured tissues and reduce the risk of osteoarthritis or arthritis.
